Global Employer

What is a Global Employer? What is Global Employment?

It can be tough to get people hired and paid across borders. Issues with taxes, regulations and compliance can often mean a lot of time, effort and money spent.

Global Employers are businesses with an entity in many different countries. By having administration and lawyers in every country, they allow you to legally hire people in the locations they support and get them paid locally. As a business, you're receiving a monthly invoice, usually including the person's salary, any deductions and taxes that may occur, and a management fee, usually as a small percentage of the salary.

Other terms for global employers are payroll company, payroll agency and global payroll.
