AngelList is a popular startup platform, including tools to share your profile, take part in investment rounds and syndicates, but also to hire people.
AngelList has proven in the past to be a great resource to hire early-stage talent. Many candidates have prior startup experience, know how to build and scale a company and usually know what to expect.
It also helps that AngelList has a "Remote allowed" option, even though that signal may be noisy (working from home 1d/week and having no office at all are both "remote allowed")
